My leadership journey began when I was 23, when I left India to the U.S. to pursue a Master’s in Computer Engineering. I came here with big dreams. Once I graduated, I started as a software developer, and just three years into my career, I was promoted to manager. That’s when everything changed
. I realized my real passion wasn’t just writing code, it was in leading people. That shift led me on a lifelong mission: to lead with compassion, respect, trust, and accountability. Throughout my 32-year journey - from developer to Manager, Director, VP, COO, and CEO of my own software company, I’ve stayed grounded in my values. I’ve led through uncertainty, scaled organizations, built high-performing teams, and empowered individuals to rise.
No matter what the title or challenge, I’ve always believed that leadership is not about power, it’s about people. It’s about showing up with integrity, listening with empathy, and creating a culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Leadership is a responsibility, not a reward. I have continued to invest in my own development because growth doesn’t happen by accident, it must be intentional.
In 2024/2025, I became a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member Coach, Speaker and Trainer trained in Personal and Executive Coaching with Positive Psychology, and began pursuing my ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credentials with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Great Leaders and Great Coaches never stop learning.
Today, I equip managers, leaders, and organizations with the tools and mindset to lead with impact. Through leadership workshops, one-on-one coaching, DISC personality assessments, and engaging tools like The Leadership Game, I help professionals become the kind of leader others want to follow, leaders who are authentic, purposeful, and accountable.
